'09 Summer Committee Meeting Goes Virtual

With more than 300 volunteers responding to the "Call for Volunteers" for the 2009/2010 fiscal year beginning in September, the Women's Foodservice Forum business plan initiatives will be well-positioned for success.

All volunteers are invited to attend this year's "Virtual Summer Committee Meeting" -- a web-based meeting that will replace the traditional in-person Summer Committee Meeting to allow more volunteers to attend the meeting without incremental travel costs. The all-volunteer meeting will be held Tuesday, June 16. Additional information will be sent to volunteers in the next few weeks.

There is still time to volunteer prior to April 30th deadline by going to theWFF website online "Call for Volunteers." After April 30th, please send an email to volunteers@womensfoodserviceforum.com to request an available volunteer slot. There remains a strong need for volunteers in the Emerging Leader and Organizational Readiness committees.
