WFF Mentor Program
At the WFF, we know mentors can make all the difference in building careers. And we remain committed to offering a sustainable mentoring program that can effectively match protégés with mentors and provide ongoing support so career goals can be achieved.
Over the years, WFF has explored and made available different types of mentor programs to our members. At this time, we are assessing a number of options to ensure that we have a program that most effectively serves you, our WFF member, and provides a consistently superior experience. During this review, we have decided to suspend our current formal mentoring program, as it was not satisfying the needs of our mentors and protégés.
If you are currently paired (or waiting to be paired) in the current program, check our FAQ’s or send an email to mentors@womensfoodserviceforum.com. For those who looking for informal mentoring or insights from industry leaders, we encourage you to take advantage of the many other programs the WFF offers to network with industry leaders including Regional Connects, Leadership Roundtables, and the Annual Leadership Development Conference.
