Certification Guidelines

The following are guidelines to complete certification:
  • 30 credit hours are needed, including 21 credits (7 courses) or more in core coursework
  • Each event attended:
    • Contains core coursework
    • Contains 3-credit and 1.5-credit courses
    • Includes a ‘personal’ focus course
    • Program allows 12-24 months to complete certification
  • Estimated 18 months to complete certification
    • High potential candidates who are being tracked 2-3 years out
