Taught by a diverse faculty from the renowned Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, this Executive Leadership Program stands out from the sea of sameness. With top quality content, faculty and attendees, the program brings to life the twelve Women’s Foodservice Forum’s Core Leadership Competencies that develop key interpersonal skills and build paradigms for change for high-potential women and men.

Certification Guidelines
The following are guidelines to complete certification:- 30 credit hours are needed, including 21 credits (7 courses) or more in core coursework
- Each event attended:
- Contains core coursework
- Contains 3-credit and 1.5-credit courses
- Includes a ‘personal’ focus course
- Program allows 12-24 months to complete certification
- Estimated 18 months to complete certification
- High potential candidates who are being tracked 2-3 years out
Guidelines
- Application and approval process is managed by the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management
- Full registration fee must be paid when application is approved
- Must take full flight of courses at each offering
- Program must be completed in two years or participants forfeit registration fee
- Cannot transfer registration
