Competencies, which reflect the criteria for successful performance, can be used to help you understand and develop the skills which are most important for organizational and personal success. The online Leadership Competency Assessment (LCA), an exclusive to the WFF, is available to all members.
Each competency is related to a specific list of skills. Proficiency attributes are
evaluated by professional level to provide the truest picture and recommendations as possible.
We recommend that members take their LCA online at least annually. Use the results to
guide you to the programming, services, volunteer opportunities and workshops that can help you
develop or refine needed skills.
