Celebrating the first 20 years of WFF and its positive impact on the foodservice industry,”
Women at the Table” was underwritten by past Chairs of WFF for the purpose of inspiring and
teaching current and future female leaders and positively influencing change in industry cultures.
The first in a series will feature Edna Morris, one of the 14 founding members and first
chair of the WFF, currently CEO/Partner of Range Restaurant Group. She will focus on two of
the
11 WFF Core Leadership Competencies:
Being Tough Minded and
Visioning/Setting Direction, sharing her perspective on how these two are linked,
why they are so critical as we lead, and possible frameworks (including tools that WFF offers) to
help you continually improve your performance in these two arenas. Whatever your
aspirations, this event will help you hone your abilities and deliver results. Learn what it takes
to get to the top from a leader who has helped opened doors for many other bright women.
The teleconference is intended to be an interactive session, with plenty of time for
questions and answers. Questions can be submitted as you register, or via email during the
event (address to follow). E-mailed questions will be read by the moderator, without
reference to the sender’s name or company.
