Women at the Table” was underwritten by past Chairs of WFF for the purpose of inspiring and
teaching current and future female leaders and positively influencing change in industry cultures.
The second event in our series, Edna Morris will introduce you to
Pat
Harris, one of the WFF’s founders, former board member and featured in “Women at the Table”.
Pat began her career with McDonald’s over 30 years ago as an administrative assistant. She
was quickly promoted to several positions within Human Resources and is now the Global Chief
Diversity Officer leading initiatives in 118 countries and 31,489 restaurants worldwide.
While focusing on two of the
WFF Core
Leadership Competencies of Building Networks and Building High Performance Teams, she will
share lessons McDonald’s learned about embracing the power of inclusion and diversity, why a
diversity and inclusion culture is critical to unite individuals in support of business goals, and
practical tips to help your team “Be Better Than Your Best”.
