Develop your personal roadmap to success and WFF programs will help you get there.
At the center of the Women’s Foodservice Forum, live 11 powerful propositions -- the WFF Core Leadership Development Competencies. It’s one thing to know them. It’s another thing to live them. With more than 20 years and 3,700 members, WFF is boldly demonstrating how these competencies transcend words, inspire action and ignite careers within the foodservice industry.
These leadership development competencies form the basis of every program and service we offer to ensure quality programming that is uniquely designed to build the skills needed to elevate women leaders.
To help our members understand where they stand against each competency, WFF has developed two
online assessment tools: a
Leadership Competency Assessment (LCA) to help emerging leaders and emerging
executives assess their strengths and opportunities and the new
Executive Leadership Competency Assessment (ELCA) introduced in 2008 to provide
executive members with appropriate level-specific behaviors to determine their strengths and gaps.
