WOMEN’S FOODSERVICE FORUM (WFF) APPOINTS KELLY PRIMUS
VP MARKETING & COMMUNICATION

Primus will play crucial role as WFF expands programs and member benefits   

DALLAS (November 3, 2011) — After a national search, the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) is pleased to announce that Kelly Primus will be joining the organization as its new vice president of marketing and communication Sept. 27, 2011.

“Kelly’s expertise in product development and driving program growth come at the right time for us given the increasing demand for skill development and training in the foodservice industry,” said WFF President and CEO Fritzi Woods.  “We are excited to have Kelly join our leadership team as we continue to establish new and better solutions to help our members advance their careers."

Primus will be responsible for developing and executing brand management, strategic communications, media, digital, PR and social media strategies.

“The mission of WFF is personally inspiring to me but it’s the results the organization delivers to members and partners that really count,” said Primus.  “WFF has a proven track record of elevating women leaders and driving growth in the industry and I can’t wait to be a part of the team.”

 

Most recently, Primus served as vice president of marketing and communication for Primo Water Corporation responsible for the company’s marketing strategy, integrated marketing, product development and agency management.  She also served as vice president of strategic development for The Goodwin Group, an integrated marketing agency, where she focused on the company’s global business and marketing strategy.  Primus has also worked for a number of consumer products corporations including Honeywell Inc. and Conair Corporation.
