Author, Educator Dr. Bertice Berry will Kick Off a New Year of Women’s Foodservice Forum Virtual Events on Jan. 11, 2012
Dr. Berry will discuss the importance of taking initiative in streaming video interview
DALLAS (December 20, 2011) —
Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) will kick off its 2012 virtual events, Success Talks, with an engaging streaming video interview between
renowned author, educator and entertainer Dr. Bertice Berry and WFF Chair Carin Stutz. The interview program, titled A New Year, A New You will share strategies for
taking initiative within an organization and beyond. Initiative is a key competency identified by WFF as necessary for people who want to advance in their careers.
During the virtual interview, Dr. Berry will discuss how to start 2012 with the skills necessary to ‘walk with purpose and collide with destiny.’
She will explain how to develop this mindset through actively seeking new challenges and opportunities in both the professional and personal realms.
Also, in her trademark engaging and entertaining style, she will share some of her personal experiences and insight.

A resident of Savannah, Georgia, Dr. Berry is a woman of many trades. Not only is she a sociologist, researcher,
and immensely sought after lecturer, she’s also the author of seven books, including her inspirational memoir I’m On My Way, But Your Foot Is On My Head.
