The WFF has a series of programs designed to augment skill development against the
WFF Core Leadership Competencies:
- Leadership competency model
- On-line resource for a WFF member to assess their current skill set against the WFF Core Leadership Competencies in order to prioritize event and program participation, as well as to provide guidance for further corporate education/training.

- Webinars lead by industry or skill experts addressing the WFF Core Leadership Competencies
