The WFF has a series of programs designed to augment skill development against the
WFF 10 Core Leadership Competencies:
- Leadership competency model
- On-line resource for a WFF member to assess their current skill set against the WFF 10 Core Leadership Competencies in order to prioritize event and program participation, as well as to provide guidance for further corporate education/training.

- Quarterly teleconferences on lead by industry or skill experts addressing the WFF 10 Core Leadership Competencies
