Margaret Heffernan
An entrepreneur, Chief Executive and author, Margaret Heffernan was born in Texas, raised in Holland and educated at Cambridge University. She worked in BBC Radio for five years where she wrote, directed, produced and commissioned dozens of documentaries and dramas. She was one of the producers of Out of the Doll's House, the prize-winning documentary series about the history of women in the twentieth century.

Edna Morris
As an original founder and the first Chair of the Women's Foodservice Forum, Edna was responsible for laying the foundation to give the organization a strong start. Prior to Range Restaurant Group, Edna was the SVP of HR for Hardee's Food Systems, Inc., where she was the first and only female officer. She went on to become President of several organizations, including the James Beard Foundation and Red Lobster.

Marian Powers
Marian Powers is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Accounting at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Allen Center for Executive Education at Northwestern University, She specializes in teaching financial reporting and analysis to executives. Since 1987, Marian has designed and delivered customized finance/accounting training for numerous corporations and organizations.

Julianna Simon
Julianna Simon is Brand Anthropologist at Olson Communications in Minneapolis focusing on how change impacts culture and the ways that communities react to new ideas. Julianna has been responsible for branding efforts in three unique cultural contexts, having spent two years in Croatia leading marketing and development for a nonprofit focused on leadership development, as well as doing branding work in both Turkey and Bosnia. In the U.S., her previous experience includes branding work for Select Comfort and Black Angus Restaurants.
