The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business

Holly has been at the University of Chicago Graduate School of
Business since 2001, where she designs, plans, and implements custom corporate education programs
in the areas of leadership and organization change. Prior to her work at the Chicago Graduate
School of Business, Holly was an assistant professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD in
Fontainebleau, France.
As the Executive Education Client-Faculty Liaison, Holly’s
responsibilities include client needs assessments, advising corporations on executive development,
design of pedagogically sound education programs tightly aligned with client objectives and
strategy, and program assessment. In addition to her work with corporate clients, Holly
teaches executives in several Graduate School of Business open-enrollment programs, including
Strategic Business Leadership, Building and Implementing Growth Strategies, Chicago Management
Institute, and the Global Senior Management Program, and the Chicago Executive Institute.
