6th Annual Leadership Luncheon during NRA featured Marilyn Carlson Nelson as keynote

The Coca-Cola Company honored with the Jackie B. Trujillo SOAR Award for organizational excellence in gender-diverse leadership initiatives

Held during the NRA show, this popular luncheon featured a dynamic speaker and honored organizations who have demonstrated outstanding progress in gender-diverse leadership.  Marilyn Carlson Nelson, CEO of the Carlson Companies, engaged 700+ foodservice executives with personal stories and insights relating to her rise to the top of her family's leisure and business services empire.  

The highlight of the luncheon was the presentation of the Jackie B. Trujillo SOAR award, the WFF's only organizational award, presented to a company in the foodservice industry who is a Standard Setter in Opportunity, Advancement and Recognition of women.  The 2007 SOAR Award was presented by Ms. Trujillo to The Coca-Cola Company for their proven performance and commitment to gender diversity.  Chris Lowe, President of the North American Foodservice Division of Coca-Cola and a WFF Board Member accepted the award on the company's behalf.
