Workshop Speaker
Blueprint to Building a High Performance Volunteer Team
Presented by Jack Mackey
The real joy of volunteer leadership is to unite a group of previously disconnected people in a common cause. It takes the right team climate to energize a shared vision. And it takes exceptional organizing skill to convert team energy into remarkable results.
In this workshop you’ll learn how to:
• Quickly build trust and engage volunteers in an effort they value
• Clarify expectations and organize team activities for optimal results (even in a “virtual” environment)
• Unleash creative thinking to exceed what has been accomplished before
• Develop team pride to take the initiative to “go the extra mile”
• Make volunteer committee work fun, make friends and extend your professional network
We won’t just talk about high-performance teams; you’ll also observe and experience how teams dramatically raise their levels of performance with a positive climate and superior organization. Come to this highly interactive session prepared to learn by doing.
