Secretary, Maureen
Hurley is currently Executive Vice President and Chief
Administrative Officer of Rich Products Corporation, a $2.5 Billion dollar global manufacturer,
supplier and solution provider of frozen foods in over 80 countries. In her current role, Maureen
reports to the CEO, is a member of the five person Executive Leadership Team and serves as a key
advisor to the Chair, Vice Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Rich’s. She provides leadership and
strategic direction on key global growth issues around Talent and Succession, Compensation and
Benefits, Merger and Acquisition integration, Brand Strategy and leveraging an engaged work force
with strong corporate values. Maureen was recently selected to lead Rich’s Licensing Group, a new
P&L center created to grow profits, extend Rich’s brands and expand product categories through
patent, trademark and know how transfer. She is the recipient of several awards acknowledging her
advocacy for advancement of women in the work place. The “Everywoman Opportunity Award of
Excellence,” the “Emerging Leader Award” from the Women’s Foodservice Forum, and the “Athena Award”
from the Buffalo Niagara Partnership.
