2008 - 2009 Chair, Linda Pharr
Linda Pharr is the Chief Foodservice Relations Officer for Batrus Hollweg International, a leading human resources consulting firm specializing in assessing and developing people to drive organizational results. After joining the firm in 1978 as a secretary, Linda recently retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of Batrus Hollweg where she lead the consulting teams, oversaw day to day company operations and managed the financial performance of the firm. Linda continues to be an advisor to Batrus Hollweg around foodservice industry issues.
Linda has been an active member of the WFF for a number of years. She
serves on the WFF Board of Directors, Executive Committee and is the Chair Elect. She was
instrumental in leading the development of the WFF’s Executive Competency Model. Previously,
she served as the Chair of the Leadership Development Committee. Linda was instrumental in
the creation of the first Top-to-Top and was a facilitator at a subsequent session. She was
also a key contributor in the creation of the WFF Emerging Leader Competency Model.
