Patricia "Patti" A. Wilmot is Executive Vice President of PeopleFirst for Domino's Pizza, Inc. Patti joined Domino's Pizza in 2000. She is responsible for learning and development, people practices and labor law initiatives for the franchise community. Starting her career at Alpo Petfoods, Inc., she led numerous union negotiations, participated in the selling of strategic business units and was appointed to the position of Sr. Vice President/Human Resources for the Haagen-Daz Company, a subsidiary of Grand Metropolitan. Patti left Grand Metropolitan to lead strategic planning from a human resource perspective for a division of Coors. From there, she joined Brach & Brock Confections as Sr. VP/Human Resources. Patti is a member of the National Chamber Foundation (NCF) Board of Directors, a member of the Women's Leadership Forum, and Advisory Board Member for The People Report and serves as a mentor to several professional early career females. Patti holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Hamilton University. She and her husband reside in Plymouth, Michigan.
