Krystin Mitchell is senior vice president of Human Resources for 7-Eleven, Inc. Before joining 7-Eleven, Mitchell was with FedEx Kinko's as Vice President of Learning and Development and an officer of the company. She has also worked for Home Depot Inc., as Director of the Leadership Institute. Her background also includes several years with Tricon Global Restaurants as a Manager of Leadership and Organization Development and was later promoted to Director of People Development. In addition to her work with major companies, Mitchell has served as a training consultant for the Regents College of New York, the United States Air Force and worked as an instructor at the University of Albany. Ms. Mitchell has a bachelor's degree from the University of Montana, and a doctorate from the University of Albany in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
