Kevin Cottingim has extensive leadership experience in the restaurant industry, and serving as an external consultant to large restaurant organizations. Prior to joining Ignite in 2008, he held executive positions with Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, Darden Restaurants and Batrus Hollweg International. His multi-discipline experience includes assignments operations, marketing and human resources. At Ignite, he leads the human resources, guest relations, payroll, supply chain and information technology functions. Kevin holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida, a master's degree in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. He resides in Houston, TX.
