Founder & Chief CatalystKathleen Wood Partners Kathleen is the founder of Kathleen Wood Partners, LLC, an innovative growth strategy firm, specializing in building and turning around businesses for new levels of success and profitability. Kathleen published her first book, The BEST Shift of Your Life – The Restaurant Manager's Guide for Success Outside the Restaurant in 2010. Before founding her own company, Kathleen served as the President and COO of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers from 2005 - 2007. In 1997, Kathleen co-founded Elliot Solutions and continued as its President through 2005. Additionally, Kathleen co- founded the Elliot Leadership Institute in 2003 and served as its first President through 2005. Kathleen currently serves on the Advisory Board of Two Chefs on Roll and the People Report™. She continues to serve several roles for the People Report™ Quick Service Symposium since its inception in 2007. She is a member of the Women's Foodservice Forum and serves as Chairperson of the Executive Program Development Committee. Kathleen is a past President and Board Member of Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (1989-1994). She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Management from University of Wisconsin – Stout and Master in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
