Jean Birch
Jean Birch is the former President of Romano’s Macaroni
Grill, which operates more than 240 restaurants in the U.S. and seven other countries and is the
second largest brand in the Brinker International portfolio. Jean took the helm in 2005 after
serving 2 years as head of Brinker’s Corner Bakery Café concept. Jean previously was employed at
Yum! Brands for 12 years. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Oriental Studies and a minor in
French from the University of Arizona and her M.BA. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Jean is a member of the Meals on Wheels Association of America Foundation Board.
