Member-at-Large, Gretchen Sussman

Gretchen Sussman is Former VP of Business Development for Sara Lee Foodservice and leads her team in the development of strategic customer partnerships within the National Account segment. Gretchen is also a member of the Sara Lee North America Foodservice Diversity and Inclusion council. Before joining the Sara Lee team, Gretchen spent five years as Director of National Account Sales for the Instill Corporation. For the 12 years prior to Instill, Gretchen held sales and client management positions with the Martin-Brower Distribution Company. Gretchen has been a member of Women’s Foodservice Forum since 1996, serving in Chair roles for the Mentoring Committee, Company Ambassador Committee, Board Liaison to the Company Ambassador Committee and Chair of the Nominations Committee. In 2005, Gretchen was recognized by the WFF Board by receiving the Volunteer of the Year Award (then known as the Director’s Award) for her dedication and commitment to the WFF.
