Gail Carter is Managing Partner and Director of Client Services at Schafer Condon Carter Advertising, a full service marketing communications agency located in Chicago. In her more than 25 years of experience, she has been involved with a wide variety of foodservice, restaurant and consumer packaged goods brands. Gail began her career on the creative side of the advertising industry, moving into account management and strategic planning. Prior to joining Schafer Condon Carter as a Partner in 1994, she was SVP/Management Supervisor at Ketchum Advertising. Currently, Gail oversees an array of clients including the Land O'Lakes, General Mills and ConAgra foodservice businesses, the Solo Cup consumer business, and the Sodexo/Northwestern University retail business. She serves on the Board of Directors for the American Institute of Wine and Food (AIWF), a non-profit organization founded by Julia Child and Robert Mondavi.
