Fritzi Woods is President and CEO of the Women's Foodservice Forum, the largest leadership development company serving the foodservice industry, the 2nd largest private employer in the country. In this role, she put the organization on the map, increasing membership from 4,000 to 20,000 and transitioning the company's market position from an events company to a leadership company with a diverse portfolio of products and services.

Woods holds a BBA in Accounting and is a CPA. She is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management Center for Executive Women Steering Committee, and is on the board of directors for Jamba Juice, Ignite Restaurants and National Restaurant Association.
