Doug BarberDoug Barber has built a highly successful career in the restaurant industry by building and leading diverse teams. Joining the industry as a bus boy, Doug’s commitment to excellence and people development have led to his present position of Executive Vice President and COO at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. Doug currently oversees all restaurant and retail operations, training and real estate development for the company's 575 stores in 41 states. He was formerly the Senior Vice President of restaurant operations. Doug graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
