Deb Fratrik

Deb Fratrik, former C.O.O. of bd’s Mongolian Grill, leads a multi-functional team including company and franchise operations, human resources, training, purchasing, R&D and franchise sales. Prior to joining bd’s Mongolian grill, Deb held several key positions including VP of Operations, Innovation & Training at the Metromedia Restaurant Group and Division President, Golden Corral Corporation. She serves on the Advisory Board for Kozy Shack Enterprises. Deb has received several outstanding awards, graduated cum laude from Temple University and has a master’s degree from East Stroudsburg University.
