Member-at-Large, Carin Stutz
Carin Stutz was formerly Executive Vice President of
operations for Applebee’s International, Inc., the world’s largest casual dining concept, based in
Overland Park, Kansas. In her role, she oversaw all U.S. company and franchise restaurants in more
than 1,600 locations in 49 states. Carin joined Applebee’s in November 1999 as Senior Vice
President of Operations. She was promoted to Executive Vice President in January 2005. Prior to
joining Applebee’s, Carin was the Pacific Division Vice President for Wendy’s International; served
as Regional Operations VP for Sodexo, U.S.A., and was VP of Corporate Operations for NutriSystem,
Inc. She is a graduate of Western Illinois University and holds an M.B.A. from Mid America Nazarene
University.
