Paula brought a new level of spirit to WFF -- always believing that the mission "Elevating
Women Leaders" was not solely about preparing our members and our industry for the talent and
commitment of women leaders -- but to make sure each member leveraged the WFF tools available to
discover the part of their lives they truly wanted to elevate.
Just as she is committed to WFF members at all levels of their career, Paula remains deeply
committed to her employees and their well-being at The Bama Companies. Under her leadership
as CEO since 1984, Bama has expanded to provide a wide variety of frozen desserts and baked goods
to fast food chains, casual and family dining restaurants.
As a third-generation owner of the Bama Companies, she learned early on that keeping an eye
on quality and a focus on people would grow her family's company and maintain its foundation of
success.
