Diana remembers the challenges in leading the transition of WFF to a new level of diversity.  While gender diversity remained the heart of the mission, Diana was the leader who encouraged deeper thinking about diversity – to include younger women, men and multicultural women.  Known as a highly principled and supportive leader, she worked to build new bridges of inclusiveness.  With a primary goal to build a sustainable pipeline of talent to fill top foodservice jobs, she worked to create a model and top-notch programming as well as to raise awareness of the opportunities among people of color.

The former Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Metromedia Restaurant Group, Dianna used her strong strategic and financial sense to reduce spending and created the “Executive-on-Loan concept.  This brought in top talent “loaned” from dedicated sponsor organizations to ensure the organization could successfully stand alone.
