Lori Bierman
Management Consultant
Batrus Hollweg International

During her tenure as a WFF member, volunteer and committee chair, Lori has accomplished many things. Of greatest significance is her important role in the launch of the WFF Leadership Competency Assessment (LCA).

Lori, working with others, spent nearly one year planning the framework for the on-line assessment used as the cornerstone of all WFF programming. She took a significant lead in designing the process, accompanying documentation and support materials that are critical components of the current LCA.

Recently, Lori joined efforts with the WFF Executive Programming team on the development and launch of the Executive LCA. Because of her involvement with WFF she has been prepared with many insights about changes that would enhance the
ELCA and delivery to members.

Lori has also played a strong role in the Emerging Leader Committee, not only as chair for the 2007-2008 year, but as a strong contributing member and vice chair.

Currently, Lori is a Management Consultant for Batrus Hollweg International specializing in selection and development at the hourly and management level. She works with clients to develop systems to identify and keep top talent.

With a passion for developing successful leaders, Lori spearheads the creation and updates of developmental tools for providing employees with insightful feedback and building developmental action plans. Lori brings more than 10 years of assessment and development expertise. She has additional experience in recruiting, counseling, and coaching for managers.

Prior to joining BHI in 1997, she worked for Padgett, Stratemann & Co., L.L.P as a Senior Consultant where she provided outsourced HR functions to small businesses including assessments, recruiting, training, and coaching.

Lori received both her B.A. and M.A. in psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
