An active WFF member since 1994, Linda has moved steadily up the
ranks of WFF Leadership. She initially served as a volunteer on the Leadership Development
committee and was elected Chair of that committee. She then joined the Board of Directors as
Member-at-Large on the Executive Committee and became Chair in 2008.
Selected by the 2007-2008 WFF Chair Jane Sumner for Outstanding
Board Service, Linda brings her insightful experience in organizational effectiveness and passion
for results to all areas of her WFF work. Her personal commitment to teambuilding and building
long-term relationships has served her well in her WFF Board capacity, as well as her career.
Recently retired from a successful 30-year career with Batrus
Hollweg International, a global HR consulting firm, Linda has produced exceptional results for
clients and developed best practices for the field of HR consulting. As President and COO, she
led the BHI consulting teams that helped clients achieve peak performance of individuals, teams,
and organizations. In addition, she oversaw the day-to-day operations and managed the financial
performance of the firm.
Throughout her career, she has worked with executives from leading
companies in many different industries. She has extensive knowledge about and experience with the
foodservice industry in assessing executive leadership talent, coaching and development,
teambuilding and organizational effectiveness.
Linda joined Batrus Hollweg International in 1978 after having
received her M.S. degree from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.
