Loria Danage-Scott, President of Danage & Scott, Inc. is a Builder. She’s also a Thinker,
Volunteer and Visionary. In brief, Loria is a Leader in every sense of the word.
She helped define ARAMARK’S program by seeking best in class businesses that are women
and minority owned. By establishing challenging performance standards and creating a robust
supplier process including on-boarding, ongoing support and continuous learning, Loria raised the
performance levels of each company that qualified for the program.
Loria built an innovative supplier program that focuses on both the capacity and capability of
diverse suppliers so that they will not only be successful in growing ARAMARK but in working with
other companies to become the best supplier period and not simply the best diverse supplier.
An active WFF volunteer, Loria initiated a program for The Multicultural Foodservice &
Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) that mirrors WFF Regional Connects. As an MFHA board member, Loria had
observed that the organization focused all of its efforts against a single event which limited
fundraising opportunities and corporate support.
Loria also brings her talents to the public sector as a member of the Illinois Junior
Achievement Board of Directors. Her insights resulted in an initiative to re-engage local
businesses by making Junior Achievement more relevant to them and their communities. The brand
messaging addresses employment, leadership and Junior achievement as a source for future leaders
and community pride.
