The Emerging Leader track is designed for entry-level and mid-level management (administrators and managers) who do not yet supervise teams but may lead team initiatives. They want to learn from peers and mentors to build a solid foundation and strong network to prepare for opportunities to move up to the director level.

  • Do I know my organization’s major initiatives and how I can help move them forward?
  • Do I know my long-term professional goals and know how to build a professional development plan to reach my goals?
  • Do I understand basic financial measures and reports?
  • Do I have the tools and network to objectively evaluate good and bad professional opportunities?

Emerging Executive

The Emerging Executive track is designed for directors and associate vice presidents aspiring for senior leadership positions. They are planning for their next promotion or strategic move to rise to the next level.

  • Do I know what metrics my leadership uses to make decisions?
  • Do I have regular interaction with senior leadership to present concepts?

Executive

The Executive track is designed for vice presidents and above who want to reach the highest level of decision-making and authority in their company or industry.
