Robin Roberts

ABC News' Good Morning America

Robin Roberts was named third anchor of ABC News' Good Morning America in May 2005 where she reports on a wide array of topics and issues for the morning broadcast. She has contributed to Good Morning America since June 1995, and has worked in broadcasting for more than 20 years.

From 1990 to 2005, Roberts was also a contributor to ESPN, where she was one of the network's most versatile commentators. Her assignments there included hosting SportsCenter, contributing to NFL PrimeTime from 1990-1994, and providing reports and interviews from the field.

In addition to covering world events, Robin has shared her personal experiences with Good Morning America audiences around the country. In July 2007, she announced that she had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and was undergoing treatment. Since then, Robin has become an outspoken advocate for breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection. In March 2007, Hyperion Books published her first book, From the Heart: Seven Rules to Live By which was a New York Times bestseller. An updated version, From The Heart: Eight Rules To Live By, will be released in October with an additional chapter on her experience with breast cancer.

In 1983, Roberts graduated cum laude from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. She was also a standout performer on the women's basketball team, ending her career as the school's third all-time leading scorer and rebounder.

Roberts is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and has worked to aid rebuilding efforts there after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in August 2005.

Julia Stewart, a 35-year veteran of the foodservice industry, serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DineEquity, Inc. DineEquity franchises and operates restaurants under the Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar and IHOP brands. In November 2007, Julia led DineEquity's acquisition of Applebee's International, Inc., which brought together two leading restaurant brands and created the largest full service restaurant company in the world with more than 3,300 locations.

Julia has implemented significant shifts in strategy that resulted in revitalizing the IHOP brand and improving the overall financial performance of the business since joining the company in December 2001. Under her management, IHOP has transitioned to an operations, marketing and training focused company dedicated to becoming number one in family dining. Julia's leadership has successfully energized the IHOP brand, highlighted by 21 consecutive quarters of same-store sales growth, significantly improved operational performance of the IHOP system, and commitments from franchisees to develop more than 400 new IHOP locations.

Prior to joining DineEquity. Julia served as President of the domestic division of Applebee's International, Inc. She has also held several key executive positions with Taco Bell Corporation, including National Vice President of Franchise and License and Western Region Vice President of Operations.

Tim Sanders

Tim Sanders is on a mission: to get your audience excited about participating in social responsibility, sustainability and employee development projects. Why?  Currently advising business and public leaders on next-generation strategies, Tim is one of the most in demand speakers on the conference and seminar circuit.   He is also the CEO of Deeper Media Incorporated, which produces business advice content such as The Dirty Dozen Rules of Email Etiquette.

 Tim is a frequent media guest, most notably as the subject of a cover story in Fast Company (2002) and a segment on The Today Show (2005).  In addition, he's recently appeared on numerous national and local TV networks including NBC, FOX News Channel, CNN, Court TV, as well as being featured in TIME Magazine, Family Circle, The New York Times, Glamour Magazine and countless industry and internet newsletters.

 Tim has deep experience in cutting-edge businesses and marketing.  He was the Chief Solutions Officer at Yahoo! and later their Leadership Coach.   Prior to his senior positions at Yahoo!, Tim created and led the Yahoo! ValueLab, an in-house "think tank" which delivered futuristic insight to the company's partners and clients.  He arrived at Yahoo with the acquisition of broadcast.com, a company founded by Mark Cuban and Todd Wagner.
