Kathleen Wood is founder of Kathleen Wood Partners, LLC, a growth strategy firm specializing in advancing leaders and businesses to new levels of success through accelerated strategic planning, transformational organizational development and productive infrastructure architecture.  Kathleen and her partners offer consulting services, keynote presentations and on-line solutions for service, manufacturing and retail clients.  

Prior to founding her own company, Kathleen served as the President and COO of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers; was co-founder and President of Elliot Solutions, and co-founder of the Elliot Leadership Institute.

Kathleen has served as President and Board Member of the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers and a member of the Board for The Women's Foodservice Forum and Roundtable for Women in Foodservice.  Currently, Kathleen serves on the Advisory Board of Two Chefs on a Roll and the People Report and is a member of the Women's Foodservice Forum Executive Development Committee.

Kathleen received a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin - Stout and an MBA from the Loyola University - Chicago. In 1997, she received the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice Pacesetter Award and in 1998, she was recognized by the National Association of Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers with an Honorary Doctorate of Foodservice.  Her new book YOUR CHOICES!  The Restaurant Manager's Guide to Life Management! is scheduled for release in early 2009.
